You know your tax plan is simple enough for the American people when a fifteen-month old, overhearing NPR reporting about the GOP debate, starts walking around the kitchen saying "Nine! Nine! Nine! Nine!" One through eight are still a problem, but thanks to Herman Cain and the rest of the field piling on, nine is taken care of.
